Sport and well-being are offered within the Fitness Room located on the ground floor of Terminal D Building.
Every Tuesday and Thursday, coaching sessions are held in the presence of a professional. Whether you are a beginner or a regular practitioner, the coach adapts to your level by offering differentiated exercises. Fitness, relaxation, self-transcendence, or stress relief will be on the agenda during this sports break.

Sessions resuming on September 2nd
Due to the limited space and for the smooth running of the sessions, the daily session can accommodate up to 4 different people. Please cancel your reservation or do not reserve a slot if there is any doubt about your availability so that others can benefit from it.
Bookings can be made right up to the last minute. Once your course is finished, you can book another one, on the same day or during the week, subject to availability.
